• Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, and other European countries: 7–14 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

• Singapore: 3–5 business days

• Thailand: 3–5 business days

• Vietnam: 4–6 business days

• Philippines: 4–6 business days

• Indonesia: 5–7 business days

• Malaysia: 4–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to special circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, service disruptions, customs clearance, and other local logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.

All transactions & deliveries are only carried out on working days (usually Monday to Friday). There is no delivery on public holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day.

For international orders, circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, duties, and local regulations, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. Formith cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.

For international customers, all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the government are the customer's responsibility. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the order cannot be shipped or re-sent. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Order size may sometimes affect delivery times due to logistics constraints.
